Prior to starting Lotus Bridge, LLC in 2008 and Neat & Simple Living Organizing Services in 2005, she was a corporate performance improvement consultant to many of the Fortune 500 providing expertise in adult learning psychology, performance development, instructional design, management development, organizational development, change management, sales training, and customer service. Ariane has worked with many of the Fortune 500 to create successful change and get the results they seek through the design and delivery of hundreds of performance improvement "solutions that work."
