Are you ready to Get Unstuck,
|

Having ADHD (or a creative personality type with right brain preferences that prefers to "keep options open") can turn completing the most mundane of daily tasks into a living nightmare. Boredom with repetitive routines, indecision, high sensitivity and reactivity, distractibility, and frequently changing your mind are hallmark traits of both ADD and High Creativity. These traits, left unattended, often lead to low self-esteem, depression, stress disorders, addictions, overspending, poor boundaries, chronic fatigue, perfectionism, procrastination, disorganization, chronic overwhelm, excessive clutter, and traumatized attachment to things and information over people (AKA hoarding behavior), just to name a few.
The keys to getting unstuck from these debilitating patterns and regaining your energy for life include:
If you often feel like you have flashes of brilliance and high potential, but are also often "stuck" and unable to make progress, or if you feel that you know what to do, but just can't make yourself do it, you have come to the right place. Welcome to the "tribe." You are not alone! What you are going through is not normal "procrastination." It's a physical and chemical difference in the way your brain works that can lead to chronic, cyclical "stuckness." It can be caused by ADD, past emotional trauma, abuse, depression, brian injury, and more. When you don't understand what's happening to you, and you don't know what to do about it, it is incredibly frustrating. And well-meaning people give you advice and tips that just don't work and make you feel even worse. It's a vicious cycle. If you often feel like the part of you that "wants to do things" is completely disconnected from the part of you that "does things", you know exactly what I mean. I've spent a lifetime working on integrating these seemingly disconnected selves and helping others do it too. My intention is to bring you the best of what I have learned REALLY works to shift your energy, get unstuck, get inspired into action, and get real results. My approach includes helping you:
I support you in making the tough decisions needed to make room for what you really want in life -- like a home you enjoy being in, a job or career you love, relationships that nourish you, better health, less stress, and feeling safe to be your authentic self in the world. My own journey to a simpler, less stressful, more authentic life that works with my creative personality type and ADHD, has given me 50 years of education, experience and training to draw upon to help you succeed. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have to help you decide if working with me is right for you! "I've worked with organizers in the past, but Ariane is different. She doesn't impose a one-size-fits-all organizational stategy, but develops one tailored to who you are and how you work. Ariane is not only interested in getting you organized, but in making sure that she leaves you with a system that helps you to stay organized. With her help, I'm more productive than I've been in years!" R.D.

"This book is the most delightful and comprehensive "how to" manual that I have had the pleasure to read in a long time. I will definitely recommend it to all my clients who struggle with organizing their offices. It is an easy read and chock full of valuable insight and information. It is very easy to understand and then implement changes you need to make in order to free yourself from clutter and disorganization."
- Liz Maffucci, Professional Organizer and Coach, The Clutter Warrior
"The "Neat and Simple Guide to Organizing your Home Office" is the most comprehensive and practical book I have come across since starting my organizing business in 1999. It's easy to read, encourages you to discover your true self by identifying your priorities and organizing style and teaches you how to get past the mental clutter to propel you to success. It's not just another organizing book to add to your collection. It's THE book to have and refer to, not only for your office, but the entire home.
